Position : DGM / GM (Technical) 

Age limit:  45 – 55 years 

Pay Band  (For GM) :- Rs. 37400-67000 Grade Pay Rs. 8900

Pay Band (For DGM) :- Rs. 37400-67000 Grade Pay Rs.  8700 

Basic Qualification: - 

Degree in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engg. and Degree in Management is desirable. 

Experience: 

15-20 years post qualification experience in the project construction, installation of equipments and maintenance of modern/ intelligent multistoried buildings with all services. 

Should have acumen to handle trouble shooting and multi-faceted problems, labour related issues.

Should have excellent team management  skills,  experience  of  interaction with Senior Executives of other organizations. Preparation of contract documents with fair knowledge of CPWD procedure essential. Should have knowledge of planning, project execution and man power and contract labour management. 

Age limit:  45-50 years

Basic Qualification: 

Charted  Accountant /  Cost Accountant / MBA (Finance) from  a reputed Institute on full time basis.

Experience:

15 – 20 years post qualification experience of working in the Finance and Account Department in a reasonably large organization and having involving financial scrutiny and concurrence of the proposals, preparation of statement of Accounts, handling of all tax matters (direct  and  indirect)  and  compliance  of all tax laws, coordinating with Statutory and Internal Auditors and compliance of audit  observations, sound management of the fiancés of the organization, coordinating with various Government Ministries / Departments and Institutes such  as  ICAI  and  ICWAI. 

The incumbent is expected to assist on various economic and fiscal policies especially on those impacting the Public Sector besides assisting in drafting memoranda on issues relating to the functioning of the Public Sector. Familiarity with accounting software and handling works accounts is essential. The incumbent is required to possess strong inter personal skills and leadership qualities to lead the Accounts Team.

Age limit: 40-50 years 

Pay Band:- Rs. 37400-67000 Grade Pay  Rs. 7600 (For Chief Manager) 

Pay Band:- Rs. 37400-67000 Grade Pay Rs.  8700 (For DGM) 

Basic Qualification: -  

Post Graduate / Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline, preferably MBA (Full time from a reputed institute). 

Experience: 

15-20 years  post qualification experience preferably in  CPSEs. 

Experience in handling Human Resource / Industrial Relation policies and familiar with current HR practices in Public Enterprises. Ability to interact  at  senior  level  and 

professional skills to coordinate studies, programs and other events with Public Enterprises. 

Experience in Corporate Affairs is desirable.

Position : Assistant Engineer (Civil)) 

Age limit: 30-35 years 

Pay Band:- Rs 9300-34800 Grade Pay Rs 4600 

Basic Qualification: -

Degree/Diploma  in  Civil  Engineering  from  a  recognized College/Institute.  

Experience:

10 years  experience in case of Diploma holders and  4 years  in case of Degree holders in execution/maintenance of civil works including water supply, sewerage  disposal,  sanitary  &  fire  fighting  etc.  for  multistoried buildings, knowledge of CPWD  specifications,  analysis  of  rates,  preparation  of  tender  documents and maintenance of records desirable.    

Position : Junior Engineer (Civil))

Age limit: 25-30 years 

Pay Band:- Rs 9300-34800 Grade Pay Rs 4200

Basic Qualification: -

Degree/Diploma  in  Civil  Engineering  from  a  recognized College/Institute.

Experience: 

4 years  experience in case of Diploma holders and  1 years  in case of Degree holders in execution/maintenance of civil works like water supply & sewerage disposal, sanitary, fire fighting etc. for multistoried buildings, knowledge of CPWD specifications, analysis of rates, preparation of tender documents and maintenance of records desirable.

Position : Junior Engineer (Mechanical)

Age limit: 25-30 years 

Pay Band:- Rs 9300-34800 Grade Pay Rs 4200

Basic Qualification: - 

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized College/Institute. 

Experience:

4 years  experience in case of Diploma holders and  1 years  in case of Degree holders having knowledge of Mechanical works like Central Airconditioning System, Mechanical Ventilation System, Lifts, Roof top Trolleys for glass cleaning etc.  

Knowledge of CPWD specifications, analysis of rates, preparation of tender documents and maintenance of records desirable.  

Position : Economic Analyst / Economist

Age limit: 40 – 45 years 

Pay Band:- Rs. 15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs 6600/ Rs. 7600

Basic Qualification: - 

Post  Graduate  in  Economics  /Professional  Qualification in the relevant discipline. 

Experience: 

10-15 years post qualification experience in Economic Analysis, well versed with current economic and industrial issues impacting the policy formulation and governance of Public Enterprises. Candidate should have strong analytical abilities,flair for writing articles, papers and speeches on economic and management issues with emphasis  on  the  Public  Sector.    The  incumbent  will  be  responsible  for  conducting  and directly studies, publishing and presenting analytical data and research finding. Should possess research and analysis experience with a strong background in economics / statistics and business environment. 

Position : Staff Officer/Executive Assistants 

Age limit: 40-45  years 

Pay Band: - Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs 5400

Basic Qualification: - 

Graduate 

Experience:

15-20 years  Experience  in  secretarial  work,  coordination  of  important meetings, independent correspondence, internal co-ordinations well versed with computer essential. Candidate should have the acumen to analyse and submit reports on various issues that come up to the Senior Executives. Preference would be  given  to  those applicants   having  experience of working with senior executives.

Position : Assistants / Sr. Assistants(Protocol / Finance / HR) 

Age  limit: 35- 40 years. 

Pay Band: - Rs 5200-20200 Grade Pay Rs. 2400/Rs. 2800

Basic Qualification:

Graduate.   

Experience:

5-10 years professional experience in relevant field and well-versed of working in IT environment.
