Post : Registrar 

Number of Post : 01

Age :  preferably below 55 years

Qualification :

Essential: A Post Graduate Degree with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade and at least 15 year’s of administrative experience with minimum of 8 years (5 years in PB-3 with Grade Pay Rs.7,600/- and 3 years in PB-4 with Grade pay Rs.8,700/-) as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post OR Comparable experience in research establishments and other  institutions of higher education OR at least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor/Lecturer/Reader of which 8 years should be in Assistant Professor’s Grade (PB-3), Rs. 15600-39100 with Academic Grade Pay of Rs.8,000/- with Administrative experience in Educational Institute. The Candidate must have at least three first class degree awarded by Board/University.

Desirable: A Ph.D degree or a degree in management possesses ability to supervise computerized administration with an innovative approach, experience in HRD and Finance Management.

Post : Project Engineer cum Estate Officer

Qualification :

Essential: 

(i) A 1st Class degree in M. Tech. in Civil Engineering with minimum of 6 years experience OR Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with minimum of 10 years of experience.

(ii) Experience in civil works viz. construction and maintenance of multi-storey RCC framed structure buildings, roads, services and utilities appropriate to a large campus and related aspects of estate management.

Desirable: The candidates with experience in CPWD procedures, relevant knowledge of computer application, structural design software and project management would be preferred.

Post : Asst. Workshop Superintendent

Age :  preferably below 50 years

Qualification :

Essential: A 1st Class Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 to 7 years of experience, preferably in Institutions, Industry, Workshop etc.

Desirable:

 (i)  The  candidate must be having hand-on experience in setting of mechanical workshop in any R&D organization/Academic Institutions.

(ii) The candidate must be well versed in running workshop facilities & Inventory Management.

Post : Scientist 'B'

Number of Post : 01

Age :  preferably below 50 years

Qualification :

Essential: 

1 st class  degree in BE/B.Tech.  with minimum of 5 year of experience  in relevant field.

Desirable:

 (i) The candidate must be having hand on experience in setting up  LAN/WAN/ Data  center.  

(ii) The  candidate must be  having good exposure in  Server configuration, Web development, System Software, databases, hardware-software interface.

Post : Assistant Registrar

Age :  preferably below 50 years

Qualification :

Essential: Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks, or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC seven-point scale along with good academic record. 

Desirable:

Minimum 8 years experience in one or more of the following areas: Accounting, Auditing, Financial procedures,  Administrative matters including legal, Labour relations & laws, Public relation, Recruitment, Establishment, Academic matters such as conduct  of examinations, maintenance of student records, Estate Management, Materials  Management and Import procedure, of which at least 5 years in a Supervisory/Superintendent capacity in the (prerevised) pay scale of Rs. 6500-10500/-, or PB-2, Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/- in a Government, Semi. Government, Financial/Commercial organization, reputed recognized University/ Technological Institution of national standing etc. Computer literacy and ability to work independently will be preferred. 

Post : Sr. Technical Superintendent 

Number of Post : 06 

Age :  preferably below 32 years

Qualification :

Essential: 1st Class M.Tech with minimum of 2 years’ experience OR B.Tech/B.E with 4 years relevant experience OR M.Sc with minimum of 4 years’ experience OR Diploma with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering/ Energy/ICT/ Biology disciplines.

Desirable:

(i) Candidate from Mechanical Engineering discipline must have working experience in (a) Computational/Experimental Fluid Mechanics and Heat Transfer Laboratory OR (b)CNC programming and CNC milling, turning. OR (c) Rapid prototyping experience fusion deposition modelling, selective laser sintering, stereo lithography etc. OR (d)Management of central workshop facility and stores management and procurement for workshop.

(ii) Candidate from Electrical Engineering discipline must have working experience in management of PG/UG Electrical Engineering laboratories with following experiment and knowledge of electronic components,DSO, Function Generators, Logic Circuits and Microprocessors  - 8085. PSPICE is highly desirable. OR  Good working experience of  transformers, machines, Power Electronics, Power Systems. Knowledge of software’s like MATLAB, SIMULINK is desirable.

(iii)Candidate from  Chemistry discipline must have working experience with knowledge of various analytic techniques essential for a chemistry lab. The candidate need to have hands on experience on various spectroscopic techniques such as UV- Vis spectrophotometer, IR spectrophotometer and chromatographic  techniques like column, paper, ion, GC and HPLC. The Candidate should have working experience with potentially hazardous chemical and follow all safety protocols, Chemical Hygiene plan, experience in Organic/Inorganic/Physical Chemistry experiments/synthesis in IIT Institution /Industry. 

(iv) Candidate  for Energy should be Mechanical/Chemical Engineering discipline  with  relevant working experience on experimental fluid materials and heat exchange system.

(v) Candidate from ICT discipline with Good knowledge in Computer Networks, Linux Programming & Linux System Administration, C/C++ and Java.

(vi) Candidate from Biology discipline should have minimum 2 years experience in handling blood cell samples, protein biochemistry, basic Microbiology techniques, cell culture harvesting methods, handling, preparation of laboratory reagents and chemicals and managing lab equipment.  

Post : Sr. Accounts Officer

Qualification :

Essential: 1st Class M.Com with 07 years experience/B.Com with 10 years experience or its equivalent grade with good academic record. 

Desirable:

(i) A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Central Govt. /State Govt. /Autonomous bodies in the areas of finance & accounts / internal audit / works accounts.

(ii) Working knowledge of Preparation of annual budget, annual accounts (Comprising balance sheet, income &  expenditure and formulating investment plans & non plans etc.).

(iii)Preference will be given to candidates who have passed ICWA/CA examination.

Essential: 1st ClassM.Com with at least 5 years experience OR Bachelor degree in commerce with 7 years experience  of dealing with the accounts in some organization of repute, preferably in the Govt. including PWD Accounts, Budgeting and Audit procedures etc.

Desirable:

(i) A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Central Govt. /State Govt. /Autonomous bodies in the areas of finance & accounts / internal audit / works accounts.

Post : Junior Engineer (Civil)

Post : Sr. Library Information Assistant

Qualification :

Essential: 

(i) Bachelor of library science from a recognized University / Institute securing a minimum of 60% marks in 10, 10+2, Graduation and B.Lib.

(ii) Two years’ experience in a reputed library and knowledge of relevant computer applications.

Desirable: Candidates possessing higher academic qualification and/or experience, and knowledge of Library automation & networking will be preferred.

Qualification :

Essential: 1st class M.Sc with minimum of 1 years’ experience OR B.Tech/B.E with 2 years relevant experience OR MCA with 2 years’ experience  OR  Diploma with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience in Chemistry / Mechanical Engineering /Electrical Engineering/ICT disciplines.

Desirable:

(i) Candidate from  Chemistry discipline must have working experience with knowledge of Normal, Molar, Molal solution, standard solution making and standardization techniques be known, knowledge of calibration of small lab equipment’s like micro balances, electric-balance, conductivity meter, pH meter, potentiometric and galvanometric techniques and centrifuges, ability to use simple Maths to calculate percentages ratios, and conversions & should have working experience with chemical and follow all safety protocols, Organic/ Inorganic/Physical Chemistry experiments/ tests on IIT or similar institution or industry.

(ii) Candidate  for Energy should be Electrical Engineering discipline with  working experience in electrical machines or power electronics.

(iii)Candidate from Mechanical Engineering discipline must have working experience in (a) Computational/Experimental Fluid Mechanics and Heat Transfer Lab. OR (b) CNC programming and CNC milling, turning. OR (c) Rapid prototyping experience fusion deposition modelling, selective laser sintering, and stereo lithography  etc. OR (d) Management of central workshop facility and stores management and procurement for workshop. 

(iv) Candidate from  Electrical Engineering  discipline must have experience in electronic components, DSO, Function Generators, Logic Circuits and Microprocessors - 8085. Knowledge of PSPICE is highly desirable. OR  Good knowledge of transformers, machines, Power Electronics, Power Systems & Knowledge of software’s like MATLAB, SIMULINK is desirable.

(v) Candidate from ICT discipline with Good knowledge in Computer Networks/Linux Programming/Linux System Administration/ C/C++ /Java / Embedded Systems.

Post : Jr. Accounts Officer

Age :  preferably below 32 years

Qualification :

Essential: 1st Class M.Com with knowledge of accounting software. 

Desirable:

(i) A minimum of 3 years working experience preparation of  balance sheet,  income &  Expenditure and formulating investment plans & non plans etc.

(ii) Preference will be given to candidate having ICWA.

Post : Jr. Tech. Lab Assistant

Number of Post : 04

Age :  preferably below 27years

Qualification :

Essential:  A 1st class Bachelor’s degree  OR  a three year’s diploma in engineering in Electrical / Mechanical/ Physics/Chemistry with knowledge of computer office application.

Desirable:

(i) Candidate from Electrical Engineering discipline must have experience in electronic circuit lab - knowledge of basic electronic components, DMM, DSO, and AFG is desirable. Good understanding of circuit theory (KCL, KVL) and circuit assembly. Hands-on knowledge with IC gates, TImer ICs, logic gates, Flip Flops, ADC, and DAC is also desirable.

(ii) Candidate from Mechanical Engineering discipline must have following experience in (a) Welding technician TIG, MIG etc., with experience of about two years. OR (b) Technician with Sheet metal, Fitting and carpentry experience of about two years. OR (c) Creative art specialist with three-five years’ experience in crafts such as furniture design or textile blocks printing or ceramics.  

(iii)Candidate from Physics discipline must have familiarity with computers, experience in educational institutes with lab equipment’s and good interpersonal skills will be preferred.

(iv) Candidate from  Chemistry discipline must have familiarity with computers,  knowledge of  Laboratory equipment’s & basic analytical techniques.
