Work Experience:

The candidate should be presently working in MMGS-II or equivalent i.e. one Scale above the entry level Scale applicable for Officer Cadre. He should possess a minimum of 5 years of working experience as an Officer in a PSU Bank / reputed Private Bank, of which atleast 3 years as Credit processing Officer and should have sound knowledge of Banking Industry and Financial Markets.

Job Profile:

To perform Credit Analysis (Worthiness) and process Loan proposals.

Inspect the Business Unit as well as the Bonofides of the prospective Barrower as a part of the Credit dispensation process.

Conduct due diligence, compile and submit Credit worthiness reports to the competent authority.

Process new / Renew Credit proposals in a timely manner and put forth comment /recommendations to appropriate authority as per Banks Loan policy guidelines.

Attend to various queries raised by vetting/ recommending authority on Credit.

Ensure compliance of data related to advance proposals and submission of reports to the Regional Office.

Communicate Credit sanction status to the borrower. Obtain/renew security documents and ensure compliance to all stipulated terms and conditions prior to disbursal.

Perform the role of a people manager by setting performance goals of subordinates and monitoring their performance.

Providing developmental guidance and direction as and when required.

Job Profile:

(a) Supervision of supply and distribution of electrical load in the Central Office and other Banks buildings, rerouting cables for optimum usage and optimising the use of electricity, and preparing and updating the circuit diagram accordingly; 
(b) Supervise Installation & Maintenance of electrical substations, circuit breakers, transformers, electrical switchgears and instrumentation,

business.ON IV: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Follow up and monitors the progress of DRT suit filed/ decreed and provide legal support to the field functionaries.

Follow up of all NPA accounts above Rs. 1 crore.

Drafts and vets the Documents from legal perspective and provides legal support for documentation and provide legalassistance till its logical conclusion.

Follow up of BIFR, Claims against Bank not acknowledged as Debt and other civil suits including cases related to consumer forums, premises etc.

Ensures the legal compliances as per RBI guidelines and other applicable prevalent laws in force.

Plays an advisory role to the branches/ departments by analyzing the problems raised by them to provide quick, practical solutions within the purview of law

Assists the branches/departments in documentation (drafting documents, vetting of various documents) to ensure enforceability

Assists the branches in recovery matters by initiating legal action to recover the dues including SARFAESIA

Manages Banks litigation process relating to DRT (Debt Recovery Tribunal) cases, collateral disposal, legal panels for litigation issues

Assists in implementation of Right to Information (RTI) Act, managing claims against the Bank before Courts and Consumer Forums, Banking Ombudsman

Identifies advocates for empanelment for representation in court hearing and reviews the performance of Panel Advocates

Reports fraud cases to CO and follow-up for recovery and closure.

Reports on a periodic basis to the Legal Dept at central office on legal and litigation matters.

A Candidate can submit ONLY ONE ON-LINE APPLICATION which can be made between 17-07-2102 and 31-07-2012 (both days inclusive).

There is a provision to modify the submitted online application. Candidates are requested to make use of this facility to correct the details in the online application if any. This modification facility will be available after two days of registration and upto 02-08-2012.
Modification will be allowed only three times. After the last date, no modification will be permitted.

Candidates are allowed to apply for only one post. The applications of candidates applying for more than one post will be summarily rejected. Not more than one application should be submitted by any candidate. Multiple Applications/Registrations will be summarily rejected and the application fee/ intimation charges forfeited.
